- Trash & Recycling
Residential solid waste collection occurs weekly; recycling is every other week. Bulk pickup is available by appointment.
- Utilities / Start-Stop-Transfer
Water, sewer, and stormwater services are billed monthly. Start, stop, or transfer service through your resident portal or Utility Billing.
- Report a Concern
Use the service request (311) form to report potholes, streetlight outages, code concerns, or park maintenance issues. You will receive a tracking number.
- Public Safety / Emergency Preparedness
Sign up for emergency alerts through the city’s notification system. Prepare a household kit and know your evacuation zone.
- Neighborhood Services
Neighborhood liaisons support block groups, nuisance abatement, and community cleanups. Grant programs assist eligible neighborhood associations.
- Animal Services
All dogs and cats over four months must be licensed. The shelter offers adoption, low-cost vaccination clinics, and lost pet reunification.
- Community Programs
Youth sports, senior centers, and cultural grants are administered through Parks & Recreation and Human Services partners.
